Erosion
SimulatePalette node
ErosionCarves gullies and dendritic drainage from the input's own slope. Not a simulation: every pixel is evaluated independently, so cost scales with resolution alone.

When to use
Place it after the broad silhouette. Tune at a lower preview resolution, then inspect the final result at higher resolution.
Example connection:
Compatible source → Erosion → Autolevel/Blend → Build Map
Notes
Heightfield outputs are sampled at the active preview resolution and at terrain-voxel density during a build.
This node performs neighborhood analysis or repeated simulation work. Tune it at a lower preview resolution when interactive updates become slow.
